⚠️ The Challenge
Just a week before arrival, Evo Apartments flooded, throwing the property and schedule into chaos. Despite cleanup crews still on site, Smarter Furnishings needed the install completed as planned — so BEAMM went in and got it done.
The project demanded quick problem-solving from day one:
- A shared, overcrowded storage space already full of excess product
- An unplanned delivery of 300 additional dining tables with no available storage
- A single freight elevator that broke down multiple times per day
- Minimal parking access, with vehicles frequently ticketed or towed
- Missing and inaccurate install lists, requiring the team to track and organize product manually
- Off-schedule trucks that arrived without notice
- A reduced crew size after BEAMM reallocated part of the team to a second project mid-week
