⚠️ The Challenge

Just a week before arrival, Evo Apartments flooded, throwing the property and schedule into chaos. Despite cleanup crews still on site, Smarter Furnishings needed the install completed as planned — so BEAMM went in and got it done.

The project demanded quick problem-solving from day one:

  • A shared, overcrowded storage space already full of excess product
  • An unplanned delivery of 300 additional dining tables with no available storage
  • A single freight elevator that broke down multiple times per day
  • Minimal parking access, with vehicles frequently ticketed or towed
  • Missing and inaccurate install lists, requiring the team to track and organize product manually
  • Off-schedule trucks that arrived without notice
  • A reduced crew size after BEAMM reallocated part of the team to a second project mid-week

  • Took full control of install flow, storage, and staging without reliable documentation
  • Designed and maintained live storage systems to manage overstock and damaged product
  • Coordinated daily with flood crews, property management, and vendors to maintain pace
